MODERN RETRO x FUTURE ECO

In late November 2019 the Standard Sunnies collection was debuted at the Jiahe Lifestyle and Cultural Innovative Park in Xiamen, China, as part of the Modern Retro x Future Eco catwalk show which brought together the oriental brand, GAASUU and western fashion brand, STANDARD SUNNIES.

The collection was built around simplicity in design and an attention to detail, which emphasised the quality of fabric and comfortability. Its designer Shimin Cheng, who has won golden award of Global Chinese Fashion Design, brought together a low-key, yet high-end collection – which adopted mono-color of black as overall tone and highlighted the silhouette and detail of their relationships. Simple and elegant.

GAASUU’s MODERN RETRO collection is built up a design of all time and modernity, with clean and up-to-date vitality; and STANDARD SUNNIES FUTURE ECO collection has drawn it’s inspiration from futuristic design, which at the same time infuses the idea of an eco-friendly product the looks to help reduce the waste and keep our planet a green and safer place to live.
