SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order, and your payment has been successfully received, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (based on business days). We will send you an email to confirm delivery once your order has been dispatched. For orders placed on the weekend we aim to ship on the next working day.

On average:

  • UK customers  Orders should be with you within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • European and Rest of World customers We have had to pause orders to these regions for now due to the global pandemic and the implications of Brexit.

*The shipping duration may vary depending on circumstances of carrier and public holidays of country of origin or destination.

SHIPPING FEE

At Standard Sunnies we are pleased to offer shipping at no additional cost to the customer.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAX

You, the customer, will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

RETURNS

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original unused condition along with any related accessories included. Standard Sunnies offer a 7 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

Optical frames cannot be returned or exchanged if the original lens have been removed or fitted with prescription lens.

2. On receipt of a return, we will check its condition then process the full refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made via the original payment system within 7 business days.

We don't currently offer free returns. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. EXCHANGE

Currently an order cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email at sr@standardsunnies.com. However, we cannot amend an order once the product has already been shipped.
